About acfdb
acfdb was created in 2008 by Carlo Angiuli as a searchable database of all the tossups in the ACF Question Archive. acfdb is meant to allow creative compilation of ACF tossups by a variety of different criteria—randomly, by year or difficulty, by full-text search, or by category. Hopefully, acfdb will be a useful resource for studying quizbowl at a college level, for both specialists and generalists.
There will be a variety of mistakes in the database at first, due to the difficulty of reliably importing and categorizing thousands of tossups from Word documents, but as time goes on, these should be fixed. Help acfdb become even better by reporting errors and categorizing tossups.
Right now, there are 14455 categorized tossups in the database.
